What to Wear Wednesday (WTWW) 70s Style!

Follow my blog with bloglovin

HELLO Wednesday!!! Don't know about all of you, but I feel like this week has already been a LONG one!  I guess because of my crazy schedule the last 2 days and I'll be on the go for a total of about 18 hours today..so there is no R&R this week!

Anyways though, not to complain because I am VERY excited to show-off a new style (which I have mentioned in previous trend-style post) a style that many may still be in the bottom of your closet (or your mother's closet) This style, is one that just KEEPS coming BACK..welcome back to the 70s!!!

I'll be honest at first I was like, really?? again.. but after seeing some of the trends and imagining them with some more modern pieces (mixed in) I can really see this being a huge hit, and a LOT of fun for the spring and summer months!

So here's a few looks:

Thanks Gilt Group, for the inspiration today! You can find many of the styles for ridiculous deals today ON giltgroup.com
                                           Check them out!!

Already and HAVE been loving this style, of the shoulder hand bag!  It really is "VERY FREEING" to strap a bag across your body rather than having to carry it everywhere!

So I die for this hat!! Ok maybe for the ENTIRE look!

Definitely looking forward to searching and FINDING an amazing pair of wide leg trousers!  I have a favorite pair of trousers jeans, but I think I may be ready to go all out and really get some high waisted wide leg trousers!  (If I do find some good ones, I'll definitely post!)

So what do you think of this new style trend! I am definitely a believer in mixing a trend (such as this one) with some classic pieces to make it your own!  Love the idea of some wide leg trousers with a sleek white button down, and some wedges! This is a perfect Saturday picnic (or date) outfit for early spring, when its just starting to warm up, but your not quite ready to bare the legs!

Wishing you all a VERY stylish Wednesday!
