Best and Worse of Grammys 2011

So here we go again!  And of course with the Grammys there is never any disappointment or lack there to talk about!!! 

Here are a few looks that I did enjoy! and of course I must start with the scene or shall I say lack there of from Miss Gaga herself.. meat dress on year, egg/womb the next!

 

And now, because if your like me (and I will say I am definitely a Gaga Fan, just not so much a womb/egg fan) lets move on to the others from the show!

Now for some of my Grammy favorites!

can I please just say WOW! Jennifer Hudson looked smokin!  Talk about a weight watchers success story!  I don't think she has ever looked better! Plus I loved her interview with Ryan Seacrest and how she told him she just absolutely LOVED getting dressed now, and that its hard for her to sleep because she gets so excited!! How adorable, way to go!

Miranda was gorgeous in this sparkly gown! I thought the fit was perfection and I loved the pulled back hair, simple and out of the way!  It really let her beautiful face showoff and the neck line was divine!

Personally I don't think JLo has looked this good in years!  She was rocking a super fun and sparkly mini!  And with her most recent partnership with Venus Razors, why not show off those smoking legs!!

I also was a big fan of Selena! Although part of me thought she was dressed a little old for her oh so young age, I think she still pulled off the "more sexy" look quite well!

absolutely LOVED Nicole in this elegant dress! She is married to one of the best country male singer's and knows exactly how to look the part but still stay very classic!


Now for some of my NOT so favorites...

Although I will give it to my girl Rhianna (whom I have to say I do LOVE) This dress just didn't work for me!  I liked the daring part of the see-thru because of course Rhianna can pull this off, but the dress itself just wasn't all that flattering..

And now for Ricky...oh Ricky, what are those, pleather, leather, leggings AND metallic SILVER?? I loved from the waist up, but from the waist down..NO!

Oh Ciara, another diva that I think rocks! But this cut-out gown was just too much! I understand it is the Grammys and why not be daring, but I think the cut-outs in the top section plus the VERY high slit was just too much!

And obviously we can't talk about the Grammys without mentioning this little stud!  Now I will be the first to admit I DO NOT have Bieber Fever (eww I can hear the anger from some of my readers now) But you all know I am one to be honest!  But I will say I thought he did an excellent job at the Grammys, unfortunately no wins, and NO win for this attire either.. The suit was just too big! I mean the kid, is just that STILL a KID, and he just made millions at the box office, so we all know he's got the $$ to get a tailored suit..next time lets try something a little more form fitting!
