Kent got back from Venice, Louisiana last night and brought home 50 wonderful pounds of gulf shrimp. We had some last night and they were delicious. 12 shrimp make up one pound, however we ended up with 850 shrimp (I don't know why Kent counted them???), so I am not positive if 12 actually make a pound (since 12 x 50 = 600)...whatever, they are pretty large shrimp. Kent also brought home some speckled trout and red fish, so we are ready for some summer grilling!
This is Matt, Kent's brother with a 32 LB red fish he caught... WOW!
