Caught by Gustav!

This post is one hurricane too late, but better late... than never! I was running from my car to the Capitol after lunch and Gustav was raining down pretty bad. My umbrella flipped inside out a couple times and I tried my best to correct the problem. As I was running I looked up and this man is taking pictures in this crazy storm! Long story short, he was with the Arkansas Democrat Gazette and wanted to know my name, where I worked, etc. The lovely picture of me was published and here it is!
