On Friday my Mom and I made 75 pans of toffee. SEVENTY-FIVE!
Getting started in the morning... looking good! [not]
We had three pots going around the clock.
Bottom left: just got started;
Top left: halfway done;
Bottom right: ready to be poured.
One batch made three pans. We had to let the toffee cool on the marble slab and got the next 3 pans ready to be poured.
Mom in her "Shad Pad" apron... pretty cute!
