Seeing as some of you really liked seeing the last house - here are two more that we are going to look at this weekend. They are both in our subdivision, so at least we know we like the neighborhood! I love having a father-in-law who is a realtor, we can usually see any house whenever and don't feel guilty for hating a house or asking to see another house!
This was a foreclosure and started out at $279,000:

Pretty cookie-cutter if you ask me. However, Kent would say that at least nothing needs to be fixed but the paint color! (And kitchen cabinet color, if you ask me.)
