First off..I am very sorry this is coming a day late, my yesterday was absolutely CRAZY and least felt the need to get a shout out to the sis most importantly! But do not worry I would never leave you all without a What to Wear for a whole week!
So for this week, in honor of the brisk temperatures that have arrived in my area I would like to dedicate it to TIGHTS! Yep I said it, whether its your not so favorite pink ballet tights that were so scratchy you longed for the minute they would be coming off..to the oh so fashionable black tights that are a staple for me starting in October through middle of March!
So in today's society and fashion world, we have seen an explosion of colors, designs and even textures in our tights! I am a huge fan of the solid black thicker but yet oh so comfy tight that can honestly go with anything! I also do love a good patterned black tight, although with the holes isn't nearly as warm but super cute with a black mini and boots! I also will say I am trying to venture out with the colors a little, I love my grey pair and have a brown pair but am still trying to find a perfect shade that I love, I even own a red pair although I haven't worn them a ton I did enjoy them around the holiday season! (definitely can dress up your LBD)
One can easily see the variety that we now have available in tights!
Not sure if I am feeling the pink, but loving that electric purple..
Oh like I said, the classic thick black tight! Definitely have to say a stable in any girl's closet if they live somewhere outside of the deep south!
(and even if you do, you know there's a few days (maybe only 2) that you need a pair of tights underneath that dress! ) 
Definitely some of my style icons! Love this mega Look at Me outfit Blair is rockin, and see girls you can totally rock the red! Try it!
These may just be my favorite, completely unnecessary, but completely fabulous! I doubt you will be able to find these at your local malls or boutiques but I love seeing these down the runaway! AMAZING!
So there it is..my two cents on tights! They are usually pretty cheap so it's definitely an inexpensive way to try something new, and as you can see there no longer just used to keep your bare little white legs warm during those winter months, they are definitely a part of the high fashion scene!
