Miley Cyrus's outfit in this photo really shows us the true meaning of fashion disaster. First mistake she made was pairing a loose t-shirt with a mini skirt. And why beige??!!!! Also there is too much ripping going on in this outfit!!! Ripped leggings AND ripped t-shirt??!! I think the boots would be nice on another outfit. On this outfit they compete with the WHOLE outfit.
