Campbells Cove, Greenhouse

'Greenhouse by Joost' is a temporary eco-friendly cafe with spectacular views, currently located at Campbells Cove in The Rocks. The building was created by artist Joost Bakker and built using recycled materials with an external wall covered in pot plants. Ingredients are grown on the rooftop garden, water is collected on site, waste is recycled and the generator runs on cooking oil.
