I've mentioned several times that we have been house hunting. I found one that I LOVE - it was just listed, so I am hoping that with a little bit of time, the price will drop and/or the sellers will be willing to take less. Sidenote: there is a brand new, never lived-in house in our neighborhood that has been on the market for 729 days! How crazy is that!
