Big list of free web directories.

When I was asked to use one free seo software to boost this blog’s search engine rankings, I didn’t show much interest because of lack of time. So, I dumped the link in the cold storage only to retrieve it back yesterday on second thoughts.

When I opened the link in my browser, I was surprised to realize the usefulness of the website. It offers huge list of free and paid web directories where we can submit our blogs to gain one way backlinks.

On a quick glance over the list, I found out that my directory is missing in the list. I was able to suggest to seosoftware.org to include my directory in the list.

Directory submission is a must for every bloggers to increase link popularity. The task is definitely monotonous but still, it has to be done.

For the past one month, I have been submitting my blogs and directories in various directories. The experience of submitting to directories has not changed a bit; it is a monotonous and boring task but it is to be done however.

I have a list of more than 1000 good directories that I have compiled from various resources. As usual, over a period of time, some directories drop off.

Today, I have stumbled onto a great resource of top directories. Each directory listed is described in short about the free listing requirements along with its Google PR.

Also, there is a provision to include your own directory for free. This is a wonderful opportunity to get listed in one of the highly visited database of web directories.

A wedding around the corner.

I don't know about other countries but in India, a wedding around the corner means fun, frolic and festivities.

Relatives will start arriving a week earlier to help us prepare hundreds of things that include food, dress materials, decorations, reception arrangements and the list is endless.

In spite of all the meticulous planning, something may be left out and one such thing is the wedding photographer. Last minute search in the fellow pages will result a total stranger who will know nothing about our custom.

I just happen to look for a directory of wedding photographer and found one called A bride.
An easy to navigate website that lists Photographers, videographers, Jewelers, reception arrangements like bands, florists and so on.

But this directory is for citizens of Ireland only.
