A Well Kept Secret

There is a guy at the Central Flea Market in Hot Springs that sells Ashley furniture for crazy cheap. He gets it from their auction each week. I've been looking for something to hang in my dining room because the ceilings are so tall since we moved in, which was two and a half years ago. Let's just say I'm so glad I was patient and did not buy something else.
This painting is 72 inches tall and 48 inches wide. It is huge. Crazy huge.




I really like how it's not too complicated...some abstracts are too fussy for me.

Anyway, I got this huge, heavy painting for $110!!! I kind of thought the guy was messing with me when he quoted me the price. If he is selling it to me for $110, then what in the world did he pay for the painting to be able to sell it to me and make money? $40?

If you are in Hot Springs any time soon you need to go by his booth - it's the first one at the front when you walk in. He has beds, dressers, sofa tables, coffee tables, and other fun stuff that he has painted.

P.S. How cute were my nieces and nephew on Easter? Rhett isn't quit a year old and looks like such a little man with all his wonderful hair!
