What to Wear Wednesday (WTWW)

Mixing things Up!!!

So because once again i was inspired by my own clothing options of this Wednesday I decided to dedicate this first day of December, to a little Mixing it up for my weekly What to Wear!

Tonight I will be attending a very "hush-hush" gala/dinner but instead of your eloquent "gala" wear that you may be imagining it is being played down this year and everyone has been asked to wear business attire.  I am not sure if it is still my age, or my lack of great suits but I am not a fan of suits, yet.. Throughout the last year of working in the "corporate" world I have acquired a few more but am still getting use to the strict structure and lack of color of the traditional suit..

So that all being said I am on a mission to find the best ways to snaze up your everyday traditional suit, by getting it flare but still being able to wear it to your corporate dinners and events without sticking out like a sore thumb!

Thanks to Polyvore, here are some great was to make your suit more stylish...
Tips:
Always wear some good statement jewelry
                        Strong Watch
                        Bright Necklace
Either large stand-out studs or a smaller dangle pair
(of course you do not need to have all of this, maybe just try one, and see how the simplicity of an  accessory can change up that previously- boring suit)

Try a large colorful bag or clutch

Pair the suit with either a more colorful tank or blouse underneath
Whether its cooler or warmer try either a light silk scarf or maybe something heavier to keep you warm

Here are a few simple ideas thanks to Banana Republic

Great way to show off a classic white button down, paired with a beautiful statement necklace and I personally love the casual touch with the skinny brown belt!

Another example of a very classic suit, paired with a gorgeous necklace, I also love the hair all pulled back, gives it a modern look without going too far!

Hope you all can get a little inspiration from this today, and next time you have to wear the dreaded suit you can style-it-up your own fun way!!

Happy 1st of December to all my readers, I honestly cannot believe its already the Christmas season!!!
