Last week I got to see Olya who I haven't seen in 13 years! She was a 16 year old Ukrainian girl when I first met her when we lived in Ukraine. We went to school together in Ukraine and then she came back to the US as an exchange student with another Ukrainian friend we had made, Natasha. They both finished their senior year of high school as Wampus Cats at Conway Highschool!!!
They went on to go to Kaleo after high school and then back to Ukraine for college. Olya and her husband Vlad have been on staff with Campus Crusade for 5 years and last month came over to the US to do some support raising and visit old friends.
We met for lunch and it was so wonderful to catch up!
