efore and after of... me! I got my hair done several days ago by this guy in Malvern and he is A-mazing. And super cheap. Like $65 cheap [if you think this is expensive, then you've never been blonde, fake blonde, that is]. I almost did not believe him, but I wrote the check, left a tip and ran out the door before he could change his mind! haha.
