One thing I appreciate about you is your willingness to always be an available friend. That is hard to come by. Seriously. [how many friends can you think of that are NEVER available?!?! ironic, huh?]

And my Chicago half-marathon pictures came in! I am going to hang them in my office. Or in my closet so when I want to put my sweats on to veg out, maybe it will inspire me to put on my running clothes and go work out!
